Ok, I know it seems like I just made over this room and I did! (See the old photos here.) But it just wasn’t functioning the way I needed it to. And, TBH, I wasn’t 100 percent happy with the colors.

So I repainted my beloved wall art. (See how I made it here.) And switched out the dresser for a desk. Spoiler alert, the “desk” is just two thrifted filing cabinets with a piece of wood on top. But it functions so much better than the dresser we had in there before.

Previously I had been trying to work in my husband’s office (tour of that coming soon!), but it was too distracting. I really like to be alone to work and so does he. #introvertproblems

In the past, I’ve been the queen of saying things are “fine,” but really secretly hating something. But like Meghan Markle, I’m abdicating my title. If something isn’t working, I’m not going to be afraid to change it anymore. Even if it’s as silly as a paint color.
